Hi, My name is Drew Murray and together with my wife Lana, we have owned and operated ZZZZZZZ's Sleep Shop in Osage Beach, Mo. since the year 2000. We have been in business at Lake of the Ozarks continually for 50 years!
It is with both joy and regret that we have decided to retire fully from our mattress business and spend the rest of our lives enjoying Lake of the Ozarks. The climate in the country had made it all but impossible for a small business to survive. Taxes and insurance alone make it near impossible. High gasoline prices not to mention internet, credit card processing and much, much more, especially Covid!
We have been clearing our inventory for the past few months and making the necessary preparations to close. Our last day of operation was saturday July 11th. We will be putting our building up for sale in the near future.
Unfortunately you can't open a business quickly nor can you close one quickly. We have been making preparations since the first of the year. When you close a business, you also have to drop your business phone, credit card machine and all Insurance is changed to non-business. All dealerships with companies and their license to represent them are cancelled. Insurance on trucks and cars changes, Your business license is dropped and on and on. In short, we will not be able to help you with anything related to our closed business due to the many road blocks preventing it.
We will dearly miss the many thousands of customers and friends we have met and worked with through the past 50 years.
If you have any warranty problem with any product you have purchased from us or actually anyone else, go directly to the manufactures website. On their website, you should find their customer services number. They are responsible for any warranty issues you may have that are covered by their warranty. They will want you to take some pictures of the problem and the law tag on your product. They will ask you for a copy of your purchase invoice along with a description of the problem If they decide to replace it, I'm certain their customer service teams will work with you to address your problem.
